We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, self‑motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team as a Sales Executive. The role involves leading the sale of our new homes in and around Edinburgh. You will report to the Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director and be responsible for handling sales enquiries, maintaining the COINS/CRM Sales and Prospect workbench, proactively identifying and achieving sales via the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process, and preparing reports as required. You will guide clients from their initial enquiry through the sales process to legal completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales enquiries and maintain the COINS/CRM Sales and Prospect workbench.
  • Proactively identify and achieve sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process.
  • Prepare required reports and ensure timely completion of the sales process.
  • Guide clients from initial enquiry to legal completion, ensuring a smooth journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer‑facing sales role, preferably in new build homes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work sensitively and patiently with customers, building trusting relationships.
  • Experience in purchasing a new home (the buyer perspective).
  • Achieving excellent results through customer satisfaction and the whole ‘Customer Experience’ in compliance with the ‘New Homes Code’, Lovell Sales Policies and Procedures.
  • Full driving licence and personal transport.
