We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of strong commercial performance across a portfolio of projects. This role focuses on protecting the company's contractual and financial position, ensuring effective cost control, accurate reporting, and robust cash management.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Commercial and lead key commercial processes including management accounts, forecasts and monthly project reviews.
- Manage sub‑contracts and final accounts, ensuring applications, certifications and payments are progressed in a timely and controlled manner.
- Work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to maximise value, identify opportunities and promote effective dispute avoidance.
- Ensure compliance with commercial standards, health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Lead, support and develop a team, driving performance and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders while delivering successful project outcomes.
