Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to play a key role in delivering high-profile residential developments? Do you enjoy leading complex design processes, influencing project outcomes, and working collaboratively with consultants, commercial teams and construction professionals to bring schemes from concept through to completion?
Lovell is seeking a Design Manager to join the London team, taking responsibility for the design management of one or more residential projects. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you'll become a key member of the project leadership team, ensuring design information is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.
In this role, you'll lead and coordinate the design process from post planningthrough to project delivery, managing relationships with consultants, specialist subcontractors, statutory authorities and internal stakeholders. Beyond technical delivery, you'll play an important role in fostering strong relationships across project teams, consultants and external partners. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, influencing decision-making and driving progress in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems proactively and helping shape the successful delivery of high-quality residential schemes.
