We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our busy Customer Care team, playing a vital role in ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional service following the completion of their new home. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you'll act as a key point of contact for homeowners, contractors, site teams, and internal departments, helping to coordinate defect resolution and deliver a positive customer journey.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence, ensuring all defects are logged accurately and handled in line with agreed processes and warranty requirements. You'll coordinate contractors and operatives, arrange appointments and inspections, order materials, and work closely with technical, commercial and site-based teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll also support the wider department with reporting, administration and customer communications, helping to maintainhigh standards of service throughout the customer care process.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role, ideally within housebuilding, construction, property, repairs or maintenance. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when managing competing demands. Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer management systems is essential, along with a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues alike. You'll enjoy problem solving, take ownership of issues, and be motivated by delivering outcomes that make a real difference to the customer experience.
