We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Preconstruction Co-ordinator to join our team within Lovell’s East Midlands region, based at our Derby office. Assisting the Land and Pre-Construction Manager, you will deliver the timely progression of schemes through bid/concept/estimating/design stages to physical start on site, whilst fostering current and new client relationships. Coordinating the work of various disciplines, both internal and external, you’ll be involved with the pre-construction process, promoting effective information flow between departments to achieve budget and programme targets.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and environment, with the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently.
