The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Permanent β Full Time (40 hours per week). We have fantastic opportunities available for highly motivated Site Managers to join the new South Thamesmead site. South Thamesmead is a joint venture with Peabody and is part of an exciting and ambitious regeneration scheme which will provide 329 mixed-tenure homes, 42% of which will be affordable.
You will oversee all on-site operations for this multi-phase development, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with the construction programme.
Essential Skills and Experience:- Experienced, proactive professionals with a solid track record of managing small to medium-scale new build housing projects.
- Proven experience managing residential construction sites, ideally with exposure to urban regeneration or joint venture schemes.
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards, building regulations, and health and safety responsibilities.
- SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are essential; First Aid qualification is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Confident using IT and digital project management tools.
