We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager (TikTok Focus) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, your focus will be on growing awareness and engagement across our organic social media channels, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and secondary focus on Instagram. In this role, you will combine your passion for social-first storytelling with your ability to independently create scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience and furthers our message of sexual happiness.
What you will do:
- Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on TikTok and secondary focus on Instagram.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including short-form video, Reels, carousels, and stories.
- Independently film, edit, and post reactive and planned content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate.
- Write on-brand captions and schedule content informed by performance data and platform best practices.
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen storytelling across social channels.
- Pitch bold, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries.
- Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
- Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic way.
- Track and analyse channel performance, sharing clear insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
What you should bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including content formats, trends, and algorithms.
- Solid experience using social analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- A passion for content marketing and finding creative, unexpected ways to tell brand stories organically.
- Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally or internationally, as required.
