We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will provide high-quality Executive Assistant support to the CFO and broader C-Suite, managing diary coordination, SLT and senior meetings, and handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, you will lead office operations for the 150-person Bath office and provide oversight and alignment for the Berlin office (~180 people), working closely with the Berlin Office Manager and the Workplace & HSE Manager. You will also offer light-touch operational oversight for smaller regional offices without dedicated office staff. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What you will do
- Provide EA support to the CFO, including diary management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and managing sensitive matters with discretion.
- Coordinate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings and Board Meeting logistics.
- Lead day-to-day office operations in Bath and provide operational oversight for the Berlin office and smaller global sites.
- Manage Bath and Berlin office budgets, supplier relationships, service contracts, and travel policy implementation.
- Oversee facilities, office planning, internal events, access systems, vendor management, and building liaison.
- Chair the global Buzz Social Committee, drive local social initiatives, and coordinate the Bath social calendar including the annual Christmas event.
What you should bring
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (C-Suite preferred).
- Proven experience managing or overseeing office operations, ideally across multiple locations or international offices.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; ability to align regional offices with global standards.
- Experience with budget tracking, supplier management, vendor negotiation, and event planning.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a welcoming office culture and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel); familiarity with travel systems is a plus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
