We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with teams across Trading, Merchandising, Marketing, and Product, your focus will be on optimising commercial performance for Lovehoney UK & EU. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for data-driven decision making with your capacity to influence promotional planning, pricing strategy, and product assortment. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do:
- Plan and execute promotional strategies across UK & EU sites, including discounting, bundling and seasonal campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
- Analyse pricing elasticity and promotional performance to optimise discounting and maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Product teams to select campaign products based on performance, margin and customer demand.
- Maintain and communicate the trading calendar, ensuring timely execution of planned activity.
- Optimise product categorisation, navigation and search to support a seamless customer journey and drive conversion.
- Provide data-driven insights on assortment, pricing and promotional effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on key trading metrics.
- Monitor and report on trading performance (conversion rate, AOV, margin impact) and share recommendations with stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish on-site content and campaign activity, communicating updates and performance insights.
- Work with global teams to ensure local market needs are considered in campaign planning.
What you should bring:
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform pricing, promotional and trading decisions.
- Understanding of pricing elasticity, discounting strategies and margin optimisation.
- Experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or a related commercial function.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Contentsquare) and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud desirable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
