We are currently looking for a Global PR Lead (Maternity Cover – 12 months) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with regional marketing and PR teams, your focus will be on leading the public relations strategy for the Lovehoney brand across the UK, US, and Australia. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for strategic storytelling with your capacity for bold, innovative thinking. You will refine and execute PR campaigns across regions and teams while protecting and promoting Lovehoney’s brand voice on the global stage.

What you will do:

  • Execute a bold and creative PR strategy in the UK, Australia, and US markets that challenges convention and channels back to core commercial objectives.
  • Manage and develop regional PR experts, agencies, and freelancers to deliver a consistent global PR strategy on time and within budget.
  • Oversee market-specific localization to ensure cultural relevance while maximizing global efficiencies and economies of scale.
  • Integrate PR efforts with cross-functional marketing channels such as SEO, Social, Influencers, Paid Media, and Product teams for unified brand storytelling.
  • Lead global PR reporting and attribution, showcasing traditional and nontraditional media impact and integrated ROI.

What you should bring:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in public relations within the e-commerce sector, with demonstrated success in UK markets (experience with US and AUS markets is a plus).
  • A strategic mindset capable of challenging industry norms and crafting innovative, high-impact PR campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and nurture media relationships.
  • Creative flair and strong storytelling instincts, with an eagerness to explore unconventional angles and media formats.
  • A data-informed approach to PR attribution, with awareness of media convergence and evolving digital platforms, including AI-driven opportunities.
