The impact you’ll have:
- Reporting directly to the VP Commercial, the Commercial Supply Delivery Manager will support the delivery of the Supply strategy, bringing ownership and structure to key projects and processes, and enabling the team to deliver its goals.
- This is a varied role, with flexibility required:
- Plan and deliver (sometimes leading, sometimes supporting) specific initiatives that are the focus for the Commercial Supply team.
- Prepare material to convey key decisions, messages and achievements to the team and the wider business.
- Facilitate the team through quarterly planning, OKRs and team activities.
- Monitor and hold initiative or objective owners to account for the commitments they make and the decisions agreed.
- Assist with alignment of team objectives with other areas of the business.
- Define and maintain project management best practice.
- Monitor and improve team processes e.g. planning, meetings, reporting etc. upholding them to our single governance standard.
Delivery focused with strong experience in planning, prioritisation and organisation. Comfortable in communicating effectively to a range of audiences, with excellent communication skills to bridge technical and subject matter. Skilled in change and process management with strong facilitation abilities. Proactive and intuitive, with drive, flexibility, tact and perseverance. Able to collaborate and influence effectively within immediate team and wider network. Able to evaluate data and metrics to spot red flags and opportunities, and display data in an intuitive way.
Not necessary but would be desirable to have:
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector.
- Experience in a strategy role.
