About the team:
The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximising final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically managing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.
The impact you’ll have:
Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will develop and implement data-led strategies that balance growth and profitability across trillions of potential package combinations. You will also help develop highly scalable revenue management capabilities to drive long-term commercial success.
Your day-to-day:
- Driving actionable insight from internal performance trends across key metrics (including Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and Trading Margin), diagnosing underlying drivers.
- Evaluating competitor propositions and market dynamics to sharpen our competitive edge across pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.
- Uncovering and quantifying new opportunities to unlock sustainable top-line growth and improve margin.
- Designing and executing sophisticated experiments to optimise revenue management levers.
- Collaborating with other commercial teams to identify and influence broader trading opportunities, such as merchandising.
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to architect and build best-in-class, configurable pricing and packaging systems.
- Communicating performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
Your skillset:
- Experience developing and implementing revenue management strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and presenting complex analysis to support recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams.
