Job Description hackajob is collaborating with loveholidays to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. \n Why loveholidays?
At loveholidays - we trailblaze together.
We're on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers' unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers' personal holiday expert - the smart way to get away. \n We're using progressive tech to drive cutting-edge innovation and open the world to everyone.
Within our Commercial and Support teams, you'll find a place to accelerate your growth by actively seeking learning opportunities and carving your own path.
You'll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams. \n The impact you'll have: \n As our Senior CRM Executive, you will be at the forefront of the shift in how we engage with millions of travelers worldwide.
This isn't about managing business as usual emails and newsletters; it is a position for a change-maker who wants to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and high-level automation. \n You will have the autonomy to challenge the status quo, moving us away from legacy campaign cycles toward a sophisticated, unified customer engine.
You will operationalise AI-driven workflows and advanced lifecycle orchestration, ensuring every interaction across app, web and marketing channels is seamless and purposeful.
We are looking for a reliable, high-velocity operator who can turn ideas into live journeys.
Your day-to-day: \n \n \n You'll be building and managing sophisticated, multi-channel automated journeys that utilise branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data.\n \n \n Act as a change-maker by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing AI-assisted workflows, using tools like n8n and Claude (training will be provided).\n \n \n You'll dive deep into our CRM tools like Braze to find the optimisation opportunities.
You are someone who thrives on unpicking the process to make delivery faster, more accurate, and more autonomous.\n \n \n Provide expert support to the wider team in deploying campaigns.
While you'll be building for the future, you'll also ensure bulletproof execution today through rigorous (yet increasingly automated) QA processes.\n \n \n Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure our workstreams are aligned, creating a frictionless experience from search to rebooking.\n \n \n You will own the performance of your campaigns.
You'll be comfortable diving into Looker to build your own reports, monitor health metrics, and translate raw data into actionable insights that prove incremental lift.\n \n\n Your skillset: \n \n \n You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of the execution lifecycle.
You don't just wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and deliver with consistency and precision.\n \n \n You thrive in a high-growth environment.
You have the ability to move from concept to deployment rapidly, maintaining high standards without slowing down.\n \n \n You are naturally curious and constantly look for ways to evolve processes, replace manual tasks with automation, and improve the status quo.\n \n \n You aren't afraid of a dashboard.
You have experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL.\n \n \n Hands-on experience with Braze or similar.
You should be comfortable with Liquid logic, audience segmentation and personalisation.\n \n \n You are comfortable working with data models and propensity scores to drive hyper-relevant segmentation and measure incremental lift.\n \n \n The ability to work seamlessly across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a unified personalised customer journey.\n \n\n The interview journey: \n \n \n Introduction with a member of the TA team - 30 mins\n \n \n1st Stage Interview with Head of CRM - 45 mins\n \n \n A 60-minute session presenting your task to our Head of CRM and VP of Performance Marketing, followed by a 30-minute interview with our People Team and a Senior Marketing Manager\n \n\n Perks of joining us: \n \n \n Company pension contributions at 5%.\n \n \n Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.\n \n \n Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.\n \n \n25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.\n \n \n Ability to buy and sell annual leave.\n \n \n Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.\n \n\n At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success.
Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams.
And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.
