The Impact You'll Have
The Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Operations Manager and take charge of conducting data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and enhance workflow processes. The candidate will have an understanding of how data contributes to operational efficiency, specifically in terms of integrating data with day-to-day operations.
Your Day-to-day
- Utilise data analytics (including Booking system) to identify trends, measure performance, and track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Work with the wider FinOps team to assess areas for improvement in their day-to-day processes.
- Perform data driven diagnostic of operational performance to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows.
- Use AI enabled process management and other accelerators to drive end-to-end transparency, uncover opportunities and measure outcomes.
- Take an active role in developing our Operation Excellence proposition, methods and tools.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and perspectives on process challenges and potential solutions.
- Leverage stakeholder groups to elevate and manage any risks and issues to the project delivery.
- Work collaboratively towards delivery dates and build confidence and trust with clear professional communications.
- Make informed recommendations based on data insights.

Your Skillset
- Strong MS Excel Skills.
- Exposure to Operational Efficiency and Automation.
- Exposure to learning language Models.
- Basic Knowledge of SQL.
- Business partnering/stakeholder management experience.
- Understanding of internal controls environment.
- Self-starter and proactive.
Desirable
- G Suite experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- End to end implementation of Automation.

The Interview Journey
- Intro to loveholidays with the talent team.
- 1st stage with Hiring Manager (combination of technical and non-technical interview) 1 hour including an excel/AI test.
- Final stage with key stakeholder/s including a presentation, in office.
