The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximising final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically managing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.

The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will develop and implement data-led strategies that balance growth and profitability across trillions of potential package combinations. You will also help develop highly scalable revenue management capabilities to drive long-term commercial success.

Your day-to-day:

  • Monitoring performance trends across key metrics, including Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate and Trading Margin, and identifying the drivers behind them.
  • Evaluating competitor propositions and market dynamics.
  • Uncovering and quantifying opportunities to improve growth and margin within your market cluster.
  • Delivering commercial opportunities through pricing and packaging decisions, collaborating with colleagues across commercial teams where relevant.

Your skillset:

  • Communicating performance, actions and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience in a commercial role, using insight to improve outcomes.
  • Sound commercial judgement, able to interpret performance, identify opportunities and balance growth and margin.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to use data to understand performance and turn insight into practical actions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, able to share insight and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Sound organisational skills, able to manage own workload and follow through on priorities.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively across teams in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of travel market and customer offerings.
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience with SQL, Looker or comparable analytical tools.
