The impact you’ll have:
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, the Assistant Treasurer will have one direct report and will be accountable for making sure Treasury operations are best in class, working in accordance with risk policies and always striving to improve. You’ll be working across the business at executive and senior management level supporting and driving delivery of solutions for business development with the support of your finance colleagues.
Your day-to-day:
- Delivery of short and long term cashflow forecasting to senior Finance management at high level of forecast accuracy with deep understanding of cashflow drivers.
- Working capital initiatives and cashflow modelling working closely with the business and Financial Planning and Analysis teams to support business growth plans.
- Hedging foreign exchange and interest rate risk in accordance with strategy to protect loveholidays cashflow.
- Building close relationships with our key banking partners and ensuring good governance and compliance on our debt facilities.
- Providing insightful reporting and information on Treasury matters.
- Treasury process owner managing the service level from Finance Operations in relation to Treasury deliverables.
- Line management of a Treasury Analyst.
Your skillset:
- Corporate Treasury background / ACT qualified.
- Ability to build rapport within the business and influence decision making.
- Able to operate in a fast paced environment.
- Confident working with high volumes of data and BI tools.
Not necessary but would be desirable to have:
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector.
- Experience of Kyriba or other Treasury management system.
- G-Suite experience, including Looker.
