The impact you’ll have: As our CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of the shift in how we engage with millions of travelers. You’ll be close to the detail of campaign delivery, journey optimisation and performance, while building the skills to take on more ownership over time. You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM and wider Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to turn clear customer opportunities into well-executed campaigns and journeys. You will have the autonomy to challenge the status quo, moving us away from legacy campaign cycles toward a sophisticated, unified customer engine. You will also operationalise AI-driven workflows and advanced lifecycle orchestration, ensuring every interaction across app, web and marketing channels is seamless and purposeful. We are looking for a reliable, high-velocity operator who can turn ideas into live journeys.
Your day-to-day: You’ll be building and managing sophisticated, multi-channel automated journeys that utilise branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data. Act as a change-maker by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing AI-assisted workflows, using tools like n8n and Codex. You’ll dive deep into our CRM tools like Braze to find the optimisation opportunities. You are someone who thrives on unpicking the process to make delivery faster, more accurate, and more autonomous. Provide expert support to the wider team in deploying campaigns. While you'll be building for the future, you’ll also ensure bulletproof execution today through rigorous (yet increasingly automated) QA processes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure our workstreams are aligned, creating a frictionless experience from search to rebooking. You will own the performance of your campaigns. You’ll be comfortable diving into Looker to build your own reports, monitor health metrics, and translate raw data into actionable insights that prove incremental lift.
Your skillset: You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of the execution lifecycle. You don't just wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and deliver with consistency and precision. You thrive in a high-growth environment. You have the ability to move from concept to deployment rapidly, maintaining high standards without slowing down. You are naturally curious and constantly look for ways to evolve processes, replace manual tasks with automation, and improve the status quo. You aren't afraid of a dashboard. You have experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL. Hands-on experience with Braze or similar. You should be comfortable with Liquid logic, audience segmentation and personalisation. You are comfortable working with data models and propensity scores to drive hyper-relevant segmentation and measure incremental lift. The ability to work seamlessly across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a unified personalised customer journey.
Desirable: Experience managing CRM across multiple international markets, including handling localisation, consent frameworks, and currency differences within automated journeys. Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools. Experience writing Liquid logic for content personalisation. Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or agentic tooling. Background in travel, marketplace, or another high-frequency transactional category.
Perks of joining us: Company pension contributions at 5%. Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up. Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends. 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum. Ability to buy and sell annual leave. Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.
