- Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Business Relationship Manager to lead our medical sales within central London and the expansion of our new Health, Wellness and Rehabilitation retreat.
The role is pivotal in launching a new arm to the Loveday organisation while ensuring continuous engagement with referrers, clinicians, and key stakeholders to maintain success.
The role requires a passionate individual with expertise in medical healthcare sales, relationship management, and event coordination, who can champion the benefits of our new rehabilitation offering while partnering with other expertise within the organisation with enthusiasm and strategic insight.
This candidate with demonstrate collaborative, across-function experience to drive the very best outcomes for the member and the organisation.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive referrals for the new brand
- Maintain relationships with London based referrers to drive revenue to London residences while promoting the new rehab offering
- Engage with referrers, hospitals, and clinicians positioning Loveday as the experts in senior care and create interest and excitement of the new rehab brand
- Ensure smooth transition for new move ins by coordinating with the sales, operations and care teams
- Event Management & Awareness Building
- Organise and lead events in partnership with the residence sales team to showcase our services and highlight the differentiating factors of our proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing, initiatives that position our rehabilitation and health retreat services as the preferred choice.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to drive awareness and referrals.
- Performance & Target Achievement
- Ensure the CRM is fully utilised to track and map BD outcomes and drive sales performance to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Achieve targets and key performance indicators
- Monitor and analyse referral trends, adjusting strategies to optimise business development efforts.
- Report on key metrics, providing insights on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Proficiency in event planning, marketing, and sales strategies to drive brand awareness.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a target-driven environment.
