Location: London & Surrey (Mobile across all Loveday residences)

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for all employees.
  • Draft job descriptions and post roles on the ATS.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all care homes, including Loveday at Home.
  • Organise interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft employment offers and contract documentation.
  • Engage with candidates/employees throughout compliance processes.
  • Enter new hires into the HRIS ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Assist with gathering HR metrics.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects such as corporate induction, process improvements, visa and DBS applications.
  • Support payroll data collection each pay period.
  • Assist in investigations, disciplinary hearings and ensure timely correspondence.
  • Take accurate notes and complete weekly HOD reports.
  • Manage absences in line with Bradford Factor.
  • Cover for other HR contacts when unavailable.
  • Recruit, screen and attract qualified candidates following company procedures.
  • Administer benefits packages.
  • Coordinate company inductions.
  • Manage off-boarding process.
  • Support the Director of People & Culture & HRBP with multiple people-strategy projects.
  • Adapt to evolving duties as Loveday grows, maintaining a flexible and proactive mindset.

Skills And Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS, preferably Harri and HiBob.
  • Efficient and organised.
  • Experience in a compliance setting is desirable.
  • Confidence communicating with all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
