Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests on arrival in a warm and friendly manner.
• Support the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday dining experiences.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure all cutlery, plates and glassware are polished.
• Set up tables according to the Loveday & Co Dining Standards.
• Follow the service steps for each meal service.
• Serve members and guests beverages and refreshments as required.
• Ensure that all fridges and snack areas are fully stocked.
• Recognise regular visitors and interact warmly with families.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables.
• Check cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms throughout the day.
• Respond to queries and direct clients as required.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect or take messages as necessary.
• Receive deliveries and sort and distribute all post deliveries.
• Monitor guests/clients via the CCTV and door entry call system.
• Ensure reception area is kept tidy and clutter free.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.
• Provide ad hoc support as required by the business.

Electrical & Mechanical:

• Electrical fault finding, repairs and minor installations.
• Planned, reactive, and statutory electrical maintenance.
• Inspection & testing of fixed wire installations.
• Fault diagnosis, isolation, and repair of electrical issues.
• PAT testing and periodic compliance checks.
• Diagnose and support repairs on HVAC and mechanical plant systems.
• Replace air conditioning and water filters.
• Conduct plant room inspections in line with planned maintenance schedules.

General Building & Fabric Maintenance:

• Painting, decorating, patch repairs, sealant, and grout renewal.
• Basic carpentry and joinery.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• General fault finding across building fabric and internal systems.
• External tasks including leaf clearing and jet washing.

Compliance & Safety:

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PPM tasks.
• Periodic visual fire extinguisher checks.
• Maintenance and water sampling of Hydro Treadmill and Hydrotherapy Pool.
• Carry out fire warden training and conduct bi‑annual evacuation drills.
• Review subcontractor RAMS and supervise works on‑site.
• Ensure full adherence to health & safety and statutory compliance standards.

Operational & Hospitality Support:

• Assembly/disassembly and safe movement of furniture and equipment.
• Receiving, checking, and managing maintenance stock levels.
• General support to the General Manager with logistical tasks.

Person Profile:

• Proven hands‑on experience in building maintenance (electrical biased).
• Familiar with hospitality, care, hotel, luxury residential or similar high‑standard environments.
• Formal electrical qualification maintenance.
• Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and asset protection.
• High attention to detail with a strong person centric approach.
• Professional, trustworthy, and member‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Able to travel between multiple residences when required.
• Flexible to provide holiday & sickness cover and technical support.
