Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
- Assisting Washing, Showering, Bathing and Dessing
- Promoting continence and also assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake
- Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member
- Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.
