Loveday is seeking a senior Lifestyle Partner to lead the strategic design and oversight of the Loveday Lifestyle. This role moves beyond traditional activities to curate a sophisticated, high-end programme of events, excursions, and daily engagements reflecting the diverse interests of our members.
You will work closely with home staff to understand residents’ likes and needs, create individual social care plans, and ensure monthly, weekly, and daily activity schedules are managed.
