Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
- Assisting with washing, showering, bathing and dressing.
- Promoting continence and assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake.
- Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member.
- Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.
