Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out daily housekeeping services in member suites and public areas.
- To ensure that all areas are always clean and tidy to the Loveday standards.
- To undertake member laundry and pressing if required.
- To assist members with any housekeeping requests.
- To assist with linen and stock management.
- Ensure that the daily work is completed to the set hygiene standards.
- Attend initial and update mandatory training as required.
- Actively engage in personal professional supervision including quarterly one-to‑one meetings and yearly performance review, ensuring personal professional knowledge and competency is maintained.
- Wear the uniform provided and ensure that it is kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of other persons who may be affected by your actions and carry out your responsibilities in ways that ensure a safe and healthy place of work.
- Undertake other duties at the discretion of the Head Housekeeper and the General Manager.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Variable Hours & Candidate Profile
Working variable hours (on a rota basis) to suit business needs, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking and quick to learn, with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality and a positive work ethic is ideal for this role as well as good physical stamina & mobility.
