You will provide compassionate direct care, support residents to maintain independence and dignity, and follow each member’s Personal Care Plan to ensure comfort and safety.
Key duties include assisting with washing, bathing, dressing, continence, mobility and daily needs, as well as collaborating with family and the nursing team to deliver outstanding care and service.
