LOVE@Care Ltd is seeking passionate support workers for weekend shifts to assist in community-based care for young people. You will attend clubs and activities, update care plans, and work with families and partner agencies to create positive outcomes.
Experience with Autism or learning disabilities is advantageous. A full driving licence and access to your own car are preferred as the role is community-based and requires mobility.
