MBL are looking for an Operations Administrator to work in a small fast-paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report into the Operations Manager who will give full training, but it would be great if you have already worked in a customer service or administrative type role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process new orders
  • Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
  • Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
  • Monitor digital order failures and action respond with appropriate action
  • Proactive in resolving customer issues ‘first time most of the time’
  • Problem solves and in doing so raise areas of concern with your line manager

This is a fixed term contract from Feb 2026 - March 2027
