MBL are looking for an Operations Administrator to work in a small fast-paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report into the Operations Manager who will give full training, but it would be great if you have already worked in a customer service or administrative type role.
Main Responsibilities:- Process new orders
- Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
- Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
- Monitor digital order failures and action respond with appropriate action
- Proactive in resolving customer issues ‘first time most of the time’
- Problem solves and in doing so raise areas of concern with your line manager
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail

- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

This is a fixed term contract from Feb 2026 - March 2027
