Love2shop is seeking a Card Services Advisor on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to January 2027 at our Birkenhead office. You’ll handle customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat and social media, ensuring quick and friendly responses.
The role covers balance checks, order issues, refunds, and account management, with some remote-work for training completion and after. You’ll work Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with potential overtime from Oct–Dec.
