Are you passionate about creating campaigns that really connect with people? We’re looking for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to help us bring the Love2shop brand to life across multiple channels. Reporting to our Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering marketing communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and deliver campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences that showcase Love2shop as the go-to solution for rewarding, gifting, and engagement.
- Work with amazing teams across the business to plan and execute marketing activities that hit deadlines and budgets.
- Get creative! Develop integrated communications like emails, SMS, WhatsApp, blogs, and print using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, and InDesign.
- Be a brand champion – make sure everything we produce looks great, feels on-brand, and speaks in the right tone.
- Support events – help organise and sometimes attend industry trade events to promote Love2shop.
- Measure and improve – track campaign performance and use insights to make the next one even better.
- Collaborate with agencies – provide clear briefs and direction to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Stay compliant – ensure all communications meet data protection and legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years’ experience in marketing communications across digital, social, and print.
- Strong planning and organisational skills – you know how to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Commercial awareness – you understand how marketing drives business results.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- A great communicator who works well independently and in a team.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and always positive.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or other ESPs.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for campaign tracking.
- Experience planning and delivering trade events.
