We’re looking for a Director of E‑Commerce to own the commercial performance and end‑to‑end purchaser journeys for Love2shop’s digital proposition, spanning B2C and B2B customers. This is a senior leadership role focused on revenue growth, margin‑aware decision‑making and customer journey optimisation across the full digital ecosystem. This is not a delivery role. You’ll act as the commercial orchestrator, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, IT, Operations and Finance around shared outcomes.
You’ll be accountable for:
- Digital revenue, conversion and performance across B2C, B2B and digital lead generation
- End‑to‑end purchaser journey performance, from acquisition through checkout and into recipient journeys
- Setting commercial priorities for the e‑commerce backlog alongside Product and IT
- Making joint, margin‑aware product and promotion decisions with Finance
- Aligning Marketing and Sales activity to commercial value, not just volume or ROAS
- Driving data‑led innovation, optimisation and future‑state migration
About you:
- A senior e‑commerce or digital commercial leader (B2C and/or B2B)
- Strong commercial judgement with experience balancing growth and margin
- Comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams without direct line management
- Insight‑driven, outcome‑focused and experienced in large‑scale digital platforms or launches
If you want to shape the commercial success of one of the UK’s leading gifting brands at a pivotal moment of transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
