What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, supporting customers across phone, email, webchat and social channels. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll handle a wide range of queries and transactions across our products and services.
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience specific to Love2shop consumer brands; Park Christmas Savings and Love2shop.co.uk whilst ensuring compliance to all policies, processes and regulations
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers with orders, returns, cancellations and delivery tracking
- Processing payments, Direct Debits and providing balance information
- Resolving customer queries and disputes efficiently and accurately
- Managing account updates, closures and sensitive cases (including deceased accounts)
- Using third‑party systems to complete KYC checks and follow up referrals
- Helping customers self‑serve via web, app and IVR channels
- Supporting marketing campaigns through outbound customer calls
- Follow all GDPR, PCI‑DSS and company security policies
- Identify and elevate potential fraud or suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate customer records and data security
- Contribute to a safe, compliant and risk‑aware working environment
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
- Confidence handling queries across phone, email and live chat
- A proactive problem solver with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
