This role is to work in our Valley Road, Birkenhead CH41 7ED. Salary: £26,000 full time role. Hybrid with Mondays and Tuesdays in the office (training is full time in the office for the first 3 weeks).

Our Client Service Executives manage and deliver outstanding customer services to corporate Self-serve & E-commerce clients. Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Client Services Supervisor to deliver business set KPI requirements.
- Meeting targeted deadlines for set SLAs set by Head of Client Services.
- Understanding departmental procedures and daily workload.
- Participating in the Client Services team training and development.
- Having knowledge and understanding of all new processes and procedures set by the Head of Client Services.
- Maintaining/improving a high quality of service through objectives set by the Head of Business Services.
- Maintaining and supporting changes requested by the Business Support Manager.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat & trust-pilot.
- Being a subject matter expert on all physical and digital products sold through Love2shop Self-serve and E-commerce, including but not limited to 3rd party products, Love2shop e-gift cards, Love2shop Reward Codes and the supporting exchange websites.
- Processing customer returns.
- Knowledge of Excel and usage of different systems.
- Proven experience in Business Support or relevant role.
