The predicted salary is between 27118 - 29425 £ per year.

Salary: Support Scale 5 (A22-A25), £27,118 - £29,425 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting (pro rata £20,731.71-£22,495.41 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting).

Hours: 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (Term Time Only).

Primary Location: Primary campus is Southgate, but will be required to work from Barnet campus at least once a week.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and efficient administrator to provide high-quality administrative support for the Quality and Teaching & Learning Team. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, maintaining communication channels, and supporting quality-related activities across curriculum areas. The successful candidate will also assist with budget tracking, procurement, and the complaints procedure, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-ups. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills are essential.
