The Mandate: You will hold full P&L accountability for the EMEA region (core markets UK, DACH, FR). Your mission is to scale from "market entrant" to "market leader".
- Strategic Leadership: define and execute the 3-year growth strategy for EMEA, balancing immediate commercial wins with long-term brand equity.
- Omnichannel Scaling: Drive aggressive growth across a complex mix of DTC (Shopify), Marketplaces (Amazon), and Wholesale/Distributors. You bring a deep command of channel value drivers and economics, and know how to pull the right levers on digital performance marketing and traditional retail relationships simultaneously.
- European Expansion: Take our established UK footprint and aggressively penetrate the German and French markets.
- Team & Culture: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of six based in the UK. You are the cultural bridge between the Global HQ in Australia and the local market.
The DNA We Need: We are looking for a commercial athlete, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
The Experience: You bring a proven track record leading and scaling omnichannel consumer brands across Europe, with hands-on experience driving growth in key markets such as Germany and France. You’ve successfully balanced local market nuance with global strategy across product, marketing and regulatory requirements, and have built, led and developed high-performing EMEA teams across sales, operations and marketing, fostering a strong, collaborative regional culture.
The Skillset: You are numerically literate and data-driven. You understand the P&L mechanics of e-commerce, the margin requirements of wholesale, and the operational rigor required for supply chain.
The Style: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and hands-on. You are comfortable presenting to a Board one day and diving into operational roadblocks the next. You work well in cross-functional, distributed environments and consistently build strong, enduring relationships with stakeholders, even when working remotely.
Flexibility: Current team set-up 4 days remote, 1 day in Central London hub for immediate team collaboration. Greater flexibility possible for the right candidate.
