Key Responsibilities
- Deliver talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead succession planning and talent reviews.
- Develop leadership pipelines and readiness plans.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and People teams.
- Use talent data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Support delivery of annual talent programmes.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or HR.
- Experience designing and delivering global talent programmes.
- Vendor management experience with external talent and learning providers.
- Experience with talent analytics and workforce insights.
- Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or equivalent experience.
