Senior HR Advisor ER We are working with a leading IP law firm who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team for a maternity cover contract.

Their office is based in central London so you will need to be able to easily commute to their office, on a hybrid basis, with at least three days a week in the office.

You will be a key HR resource for this firm of c250, and be heavily involved with ER, Employment law matters, as well as learning and development, a full HR position for someone who enjoys variety.

On a day to day basis youll be: The firms first port of call for UK employment law matters Responsible for ensuring HR policies are current and up to date Leading and managing ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence etc.
