We are seeking an experienced P&C Operations & Advisory Lead to design and deliver a global HR Operations model, driving service excellence, operational efficiency and an outstanding employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and leading a global HR Operations function within a major transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of a global P&C Operations & Advisory model.
  • Manage HR service delivery, governance and outsourced providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement, service performance and customer experience.
  • Lead global teams and oversee workforce planning, budgets and compliance.
  • Support organisational change and operating model transformation.
  • Manage budget, risk, controls and compliance across P&C Operations.
  • Oversee policy governance, data protection requirements and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years' HR experience, including leadership of global HR operations.
  • Experience with shared services, outsourced delivery models and vendor management.
