Pangbourne / Hybrid

3 days in the office Contract

Temporary, 6 months. Salary

PAYE £278pd plus holiday pay / Inside IR35 Umbrella company - £380 pd We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide hypercare support to employees and line managers through a significant business transition.

You will be a key point of contact for HR queries, helping employees understand new processes, policies, systems and ways of working, while resolving issues and escalating more complex matters where needed.

Key responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.

Triage and resolve issues, escalating risks and recurring themes.

Support the transition to new HR processes, policies and systems.

Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Reward, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders.

Identify employee pain points and contribute to FAQs, guidance and communications.

Manage a high volume of queries while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

About you

Previous HR advisory or generalist experience within a hypercare environment is essential.

Experience of organisational change, transformation or business transition is desirable.

Strong customer service and employee-focused approach.

Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace.

Confident using HR systems and handling employee data.
