We are working with a charity that provides housing solutions to the elderly and they are looking for someone to provide central administrative support for six sites. This is a part-time, maternity cover position working 19.5 hours per week for 15 months, starting mid-July 2026. Hours can be spread over three or four days per week, but please note you will be required to work from their office each day, which is within walking distance of Bank, Moorgate, Cannon Street and Liverpool Street stations.
You will act as the main administrative point for the housing team that supports over 200 residents. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved with:
- Managing the administrative process for resident applications
- Coordinating interviews of prospective tenants
- Completing resident screening and checks for onboarding
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Working closely with Finance around rent and items that are charged on to residents (e.g. TV licence)
