HR Advisor We are working with a leading international petrochemical company who are looking for an experienced HR advisor to work in their Shared Services team supporting employees and managers. Youll be a first point of contact for HR queries and advise on policy and process. On a day to day basis youll be involved with: Supporting queries from employees and line managers for events such as reward, time and attendance, employee relations etc. Promoting the use of the self-service system Supporting new joiners, movers and leavers Assisting and investigating any technical queries Evaluating and proving regular updates on high risk cases Overall providing first stage HR advice Our client is ideally looking for someone with experience of providing high volume HR support and advice and if youve worked in a shared service team before thats even better.With this yo…
