Student Services, Personal Dvelopment, Support Manager We are working with a Further Education provider in Cambridge who requires an experienced Student Support / Personal Development manager to lead their personal development provision. This is a wide-reaching role where you’ll be involved with the personal development of students, pastoral care, induction programmes, development of online resources and student progression and destinations post their studies. You will have ideally worked in Further Education previously in a similar role and have been responsible for a team with proven leadership skills. You’ll manage Learning Resource Centres including eLearning platforms and have budget and hiring responsibility for the college’s personal development function. This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £39,000 per annum together with excellent benefits that include a generous pension plan, free gym membership, 27 days annual leave and free onsite parking.
