The predicted salary is between 26800 - 28600 £ per year.
We are working with a leading further education provider in Cambridge who is looking for a marketing coordinator to work closely with potential students, parents, and schools in the area, promoting the college and its courses. You will work closely with the Schools Engagement Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, as well as the marketing team, to develop and deliver promotional and engagement activities.
You will work across two campuses as well as visit local schools and colleges, meaning you will require your own car, but there is free onsite parking available.
On a day-to-day basis you'll:
- Promote the college to prospective students, partnering with a range of education and partner organisations
- Organise and attend school engagement events, career fairs, assemblies etc.
- Deliver presentations to prospective student and parent groups
- Be involved with taster days, open days, and the like
- Create marketing communications including email campaigns, social media campaigns, posters etc.
- Promote school activities and initiatives via social media
- Work closely with the marketing team to align school communications
- Provide all-around administrative support, including reporting, calendar management of digital asset management and tracking events.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, be social media savvy and enjoy making presentations (often to large groups) as well as have a good understanding of education paths available to students.
This permanent position offers a starting salary of £26,800 - £28,600 per annum plus a very competitive benefits scheme which includes a generous pension and 27 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays and Christmas Closure).
