We are seeking an experienced P&C Operations & Advisory Lead to design and deliver a global HR Operations model, driving service excellence, operational efficiency and an outstanding employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and leading a global HR Operations function within a major transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of a global P&C Operations & Advisory model.
- Manage HR service delivery, governance and outsourced providers.
- Drive continuous improvement, service performance and customer experience.
- Lead global teams and oversee workforce planning, budgets and compliance.
- Support organisational change and operating model transformation.
- Manage budget, risk, controls and compliance across P&C Operations.
- Oversee policy governance, data protection requirements and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- ~15+ years' HR experience, including leadership of global HR operations.
- ~ Experience with shared services, outsourced delivery models and vendor management.
- ~ Strong stakeholder management, service delivery and change management skills.
- ~ Knowledge of HR systems, analytics, employee relations and GDPR.
- ~ Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
