Location: Hybrid Core office days: Monday & Tuesday.

Based: Walking distance from Tower Bridge and London Bridge
Contract: ASAP End of the Year
Rate: £18.00£20.00 per hour

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistantto join a busy HR team within a niche financial services organisation in the City. This is a temporary contract starting asap (subject to pre-employment checks) through to the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters and leavers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting and people data.
- Work closely with line managers and the wider HR team to provide an efficient HR service.

About You

- Previous experience in an HR Assistant/dministration role.
- Experience using Cezanne HR and/or Workday is highly desirable.
- Experience using Microsoft packages including Copilot would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
