Senior HR Advisor ERWe are working with a leading IP law firm who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team for a maternity cover contract. Their office is based in central Southampton so you will need to be able to easily commute to their office, on a hybrid basis, with at least three days a week in the office.You will be a key HR resource for this firm of c250, and be heavily involved with ER, Employment law matters, as well as learning and development, a full HR position for someone who enjoys variety.On a day to day basis youll be:The firms first port of call for UK employment law mattersResponsible for ensuring HR policies are current and up to dateLeading and managing ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence etc.Managing onboarding, probation periods and assisting Partners and supervisors with queries around new joinersLeading the delivery of inductions for new joinersWorking with trainee attorneys, ensuring their training and qualifications are on trackThe central support point for trainees providing support and guidance and ensuring their wellbeingArranging events and initiatives around diversity, inclusion and well beingTo be successful in this role you will need CIPD level 5 (or higher), and have worked in a similar role with ER and employment law responsibility. This contract offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Standard working hours are 9.00am 5.00pm.If the role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
