HR Assistant We are working with a leading IP law firm who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join the team.
You will provide all-round administration support to the HR team and maintain records for the firms staff population of c250 people.
You will work from the firms Southampton office, and after training, can opt for hybrid working, with a least three days a week in the office each week.
On a day to day basis youll be responsible for: Creating, updating and maintaining employee records Responding to routine HR queries Coordinating training and qualifications for trainee attorneys Providing admin support to the HR team, as well as their knowledge and learning function Completing new starter checks, managing onboarding documentation, inductions and tracking probations Assisting with the documentation around any ER cases, working closely with the Senior HR Advisor Being the central guru around their HRIS system and related queries Assisting with training registration Assisting with the firms Mental Health First Aid program, as well as equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
This is an all-round HR administration role and best suited to someone who has worked in an HR support capacity previously and looking to take on a full 360 Hr support position.
This is a permanent position, offering a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
Standard working hours are 9.00am 5.00pm.
