Location: Pangbourne / Hybrid 3 days in the office

Salary: PAYE £278pd plus holiday pay / Inside IR35 Umbrella company - £380 pd
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide hypercare support to employees and line managers through a significant business transition. You will be a key point of contact for HR queries, helping employees understand new processes, policies, systems and ways of working, while resolving issues and escalating more complex matters where needed.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
- Triage and resolve issues, escalating risks and recurring themes.
- Support the transition to new HR processes, policies and systems.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Reward, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders.
- Identify employee pain points and contribute to FAQs, guidance and communications.
- Manage a high volume of queries while maintaining a strong employee experience.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
About you
- Previous HR advisory or generalist experience within a hypercare environment is essential.
- Experience of organisational change, transformation or business transition is desirable.
- Strong customer service and employee-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace.
- Confident using HR systems and handling employee data.
