HR Administrator

HR Administrator / Coordinator We are working with a Further Education provider in Cambridge who requires an experienced HR administrator to support their HR function, while they recruit a permanent team member. Youll be working on a range of HR administration duties, including the administration of onboarding for our new starters, processing contract changes and leavers, supporting with our staff development administration and other HR related activities. Key Responsibilities Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters and leavers. Support recruitment, on boarding, inductions and pre-employment checks Advertise vacancies and assist with the recruitment process Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Draft and prepare correspondence Work closely with line managers and the wider HR team to provide an efficient HR service. About You Previous experience in an HR Assistant/coordinator role. Experience usingMicrosoft packages Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This temporary contract will start quickly and they are looking for a temp to stay until they recruit a permanent team member, you will be able to apply for the permanent position. You will be based at the colleges Cambridge site and required to work from the office full-time. It offers an hourly rate of £13.42 14.11 per hour plus holiday pay of £2.09 2.20 per hour, equivalent to £25,823 - £27,152 per annum.
