Bursary Support Administrator Cambridge & Huntingdon | £13.42£14.11 per hour | Full Time (37 hours) | 8-Week Temporary Contract | Start
Date: 24th August We are recruiting for a Bursary Support Administratorto join a busy Student Services team on an 8-week temporary assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong customer service skills to support the administration of student bursaries.
You'll process applications, maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries and work closely with internal departments to ensure bursary payments are managed efficiently and in line with funding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Process and administer bursary applications.
Check supporting documentation and maintain accurate records.
Respond to enquiries by email, telephone and in person.
Liaise with internal teams to support timely bursary payments.
Update and maintain information using internal ICT systems.
Provide administrative support to the wider Student Services team as required.
What We're Looking For Relevant CPD or training related to administration or customer service.
Significant administration experience.
Experience using bespoke ICT systems and databases.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work across both the Cambridge and Huntingdon.
What's on Offer £13.42£14.11 per hour.
Full-time hours (37 per week).8-week temporary assignment starting 24th August .
