They are seeking a proactive and highly organised
Team & Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines project coordination with office and team support.
Working closely with colleagues across the business in a friendly and cohesive environment, you'll play a central role in keeping projects on track, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and supporting a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Role
As Team & Project Coordinator, you'll act as a central point of coordination for the wider team, supporting projects from initial planning through to completion while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team & Office Coordination
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements for the team.
- Organise internal meetings, client events, team socials and meeting logistics.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities maintenance and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, office procedures and quality standards.
- Provide general administrative support while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Project Coordination
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Health & Safety files.
- Support Project Managers with project administration, scheduling and progress tracking.
- Coordinate site documentation, deliveries, couriers and equipment logistics.
- Maintain project administration systems and provide user support where required.
- Raise purchase orders, coordinate procurement requests and arrange client gifts.
- Assist with pre-construction administration, supplier onboarding and client documentation.
About You
You'll be an organised, adaptable and solutions-focused coordinator who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You'll ideally bring
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Office Manager or Business Support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
